Can I buy a product as a gift?

We currently do not offer gift-wrapping, However orders can be bought for someone else and sent directly to them.

Will sold out products, be re-stocked?

If the product is popular we will specify whether we will be restocking or not. Some designs will be a limited edition and will not be restocked, we will specify which products won’t be getting restocked on our news blog and various social media accounts.

What does “Available on backorder” mean?

These items aren’t in stock but we have ordered more of them or these are made to order. When you place an order for these items it will take longer to dispatch as we are awaiting the item or we need to hand make it. As soon as its ready we will send it out to you.

Do you take returns?

Not in love with your new purchase? We understand.

If you bought your product directly from us at a pop up shop or event in person unfortunately you cannot return any purchases.

If you bought your product through a stockist please refer to the shop or website you bought the products from.

If you bought your product in our online shop and as long as the product is within 14 days of purchase and is in the same condition you received it exclusions apply see below for more details. Please Contact us and let us know why you’d like to return your order remember to give us as many details from your order as possible. Then we’ll be able to work on organising a solution.

Exclusions,

We cannot accept returns on clothes which have been worn or altered in anyway.
We cannot accept returns on made to order items.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all forms of credit and debit cards using PayPal.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

If your order does not arrive please “contact us” and specify that your product has not arrived yet.

What default currency are products charged at?

GBP – Sterling. (£)

Can I cancel my order?

You can, but we very much hope you don’t!

My items are damaged, what do I do?

Take photos of your product and email us at info@orraorra.co.uk
We will investigate the damage before taking further action.

Are your products being sold in any physical shop/store fronts?

As we are a new business we do not have a shop (yet), but we do occasionally sell our products at conventions and pop up stalls. Check Our upcoming Events to see where you can meet us and purchase our art and stationery items. Please note: Customised products such as T-shirts are not sold at these events

Can I track my order?

If you have purchased delivery with tracking you will receive your tracking ID as soon as your product is posted.

What size of “RisingWaters” t-shirt will fit me?

Our t-shirts are printed on Premium Gildan fabric designed to fit. If you want a longer length or more bagginess from your t-shirt order the size above what you usually wear.

What are the washing and caring instructions of the “RisingWaters” t-shirts?

Wash inside out with like colours,
Dry low or hang dry,
Do not iron over print,
Do not bleach.

How long will it take to receive my item?

We aim to deliver quickly, we used a range of different suppliers so shipping varies depending on what and where the item is coming from, Direct from our own warehouse then UK shipping will be approx between 1-3 working days. This is only after funds have cleared

We currently have no known stockists.
